Do I need to provide you my passport information?
All airlines are required to collect Advance Passenger Information, however some airlines will collect this at the airport when you check in or via their website when you check in online.
If we require you to provide us with your passport information, we will advise you when we send your confirmation invoice. We will require this at least 7 days before travel in order for your tickets to be processed in time. Please visit Manage My Booking to input all Advance Passenger Information or you can call Aftersales on 01489 866970.
Do I need a visa to enter Goa?
You will be required to present an e-Tourist visa – details on how to apply for this can be found here: https://www.goaexperience.co.uk/visa-requirements
When will I receive my travel documents?
These will be sent by email 2 weeks prior to your travel date and will include a digital travel guide, a summary of your transfers and accommodation, flight details and your airport lounge voucher (if applicable). If you have only booked your accommodation with us, you will also receive all relevant travel information via email.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept debit cards and the majority of credit cards including Visa and MasterCard; You can pay by card by calling our administration team on 01489 866901. Corporate transactions using a business credit card will be charged at 1.6%. You can pay your balance by bank transfer into our NatWest account using the details shown on your invoice; please use your booking reference as the payment reference to enable us to allocate the payment to your booking.
What is your deposit?
We require a deposit of 20% of the booking total. Your balance will be detailed on your invoice and must be paid in full no later than 12 weeks before departure.
